I believe that effective therapy begins with understanding the person. Each individual who comes to my practice arrives not only with a specific ailment but also with their own history, experiences, emotions, and daily challenges. All of this influences how the body functions and how one feels. That is why I work holistically – I look at the body as an integral whole, considering both physical and emotional aspects. I combine medical knowledge with an individual approach to find the root cause of the problem, rather than merely alleviating its symptoms.

In my work, I prioritize a relationship based on trust, empathy, and open communication. I explain the body’s mechanisms, teach conscious body work, and demonstrate effective self-therapy techniques. It is important to me that every person regains not only comfort and physical function but also a sense of agency and influence over their own health.

Urogynaecological physiotherapy is more than just treating ailments for me. It is my passion and professional path, through which I can support individuals at various stages of life, helping them regain balance, confidence, and a better quality of daily life. I help women regain comfort, mobility, and health balance. In the field of urogynaecological physiotherapy, I specialize in the treatment of gynaecological conditions such as endometriosis, painful periods, and pelvic organ prolapse. I also support individuals preparing for childbirth and those who wish to safely return to activity after pregnancy and delivery. Furthermore, I offer therapeutic support during menopause.

I work with problems such as urinary incontinence, frequent urination, and recurring urinary tract infections. I also provide assistance with issues related to intimate and sexual health, including pain during intercourse, vaginismus, and vulvodynia.

I provide therapy to prepare patients for pelvic and abdominal surgeries and support the recovery process following operations. I pay special attention to scar therapy, including scars after caesarean sections, mastectomies, laparoscopies, and other surgical procedures.

In my practice, I also incorporate abdominal and digestive system therapy, helping with constipation, bloating, reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and chronic tissue tension. My therapy is complemented by work on the head and temporomandibular joints, offering support for migraines, bruxism, tinnitus, and tension headaches, which often coexist with pelvic issues.

EDUCATION

During my studies, I acquired knowledge and skills related to diagnosing, planning, and conducting therapy. As a result, I can independently coordinate the process of my patients’ return to health.
