*COMFORT PACKAGE rules

1. Payment for the package is made once.
2. The visits included in the package must be used within a maximum of 2 months from the date of purchase of the package.
3. The package does not include home visits (with access to the patient) and kinesiotaping applications.
4. Visits should be canceled or the dates of visits changed, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
5. In the case of the Patient’s absence, the visit included in the package, which has not been canceled 24 hours in advance, will be forfeited irretrievably.
6. An unused visit included in the package cannot be transferred to another person (e.g. a friend).
7. By purchasing the package, the patient confirms the acceptance of the above rules.
